Compensation disclosure

Subscription Solar is an education and quote site operated by a team that sells subscription solar agreements. When you request an estimate, our sales team or a partner sales team we work with will contact you, and we are compensated when a client signs with a solar provider. Editorial content on this site is written by the same team.

What we collect and why

• Address: used to analyze your roof (aerial imagery and solar-potential data) and prepare your estimate.
• Electric bill range and home details: used to size the estimate.
• Name, email, phone: used to deliver your numbers and follow up. Phone is optional.
• Marketing parameters (UTM): used to know which channel brought you here.

Lead data goes into our customer-relationship system so a real person can follow up. We do not sell or rent your information to third-party lead buyers.

Phone and text consent (TCPA)

If you provide a phone number, you'll see an unchecked consent box. Checking it authorizes Subscription Solar and its partner sales teams to call or text you about your estimate at the number provided, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us on any call. We keep a record of your consent — timestamp, page, and IP address — as the law requires.

Estimates are estimates

Savings figures on this site use typical results and visible assumptions. They are estimates, not quotes and not guarantees. Actual pricing comes from the provider's written quote for your specific roof and usage. Verify every contract term — ownership, cancellation rights, escalator, removal — against the agreement in front of you.

Analytics

We use standard web analytics to understand how the site is used. If we add advertising pixels, this page will list them.
